Beginning again

So, here's a question: how does one climb back onto the blogging bandwagon after so many weeks (nay, months) of little to no (mostly no) posting? Yesterday I sat down at the computer with every intention of writing a pseudo post such as this but instead logged into my old wordpress account and spent an hour browsing the various theme options.

Note to self: that is how NOT to climb back onto the blogging bandwagon, as is obvious.

I suppose the answer to my question is the same as for any other endeavor: one begins again by, well, beginning again. In other words, just do it. Put the fingers to keyboard and write something, anything, already.

And so I attempt to begin again.

  1. Feeling the same way, thus the recycling of posts! But I confess I was so happy to see you had a new post up!

  4. Wonderful news! Since you are such a great reader, you can always post a few thoughts on what you are currently reading. Other readers are always enjoy engaging in such a way. In fact, I'm off to work on such a post right now.

  6. I always have the same problem after a long break. Should I try to catch everyone up on the last month? Pretend like nothing happened? LOL.

As for Wordpress themes, I feel like I've learned a thing or three about Wordpress over the last 48 hours if you need any tips.

Glad you're posting again, though. :)

  9. You are right about that. I can't help feeling there'd be more such inspiration if I knew how to do more with the blog design other than just implementing a stock theme :)

  12. Yep, that's exactly it. So much pressure, not just in terms of lost content but also in terms of quality of content as well!

I may be calling on you for some help. I pretty much can only choose a stock theme and let wordpress do the rest. :)
